DevOps Engineer/DevOps Team Lead

DevOps Engineer 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP – Must). Proven experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE – Must), especially in large-scale, multi-cluster environments. Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD – Must). Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools Terraform/ Terragrunt -must , Crossplane - advantage). Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana- must , Loki - advantage). Strong scripting skills (Bash or similar) / program languages - advantage. Interest or experience in leveraging AI to improve DevOps workflows and system reliability. ******** Senior DevOps Engineer 7+ years of hands-on experience with a cloud provider, preferably AWS. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Deep understanding of Kubernetes (EKS), including architecture, networking, and troubleshooting. Solid Linux system administration skills. Proficiency in Python or similar for writing production-grade code and tools. DevOps Team Lead 1+ years of experience managing a team of DevOps engineers in an Agile environment 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in cloud environment Proven production experience with deploying, running, and operating complex, high-availability, and large-scale web applications on AWS Cloud Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including different autoscaling strategies Terraform hands-on experience Proven production experience with monitoring and observability tools ******* DevOps Team Lead At least 10 years of industry experience in R&D/QA/IT At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, including some experience leading or mentoring others Hands-on experience supporting business continuity of Critical Production Systems Proven experience delivering & communicating complex solutions to stakeholders Corporate Information Security hands-on experience Broad understanding of networking Experienced with continuous integration tools Experience with IaC of a cloud provider (preferably Terraform & AWS) At least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Groovy, Bash) Experienced with Kubernetes, Docker container management and orchestration
