Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution

Requirements

Availability for a full-time position
Fluent (native-level) proficiency in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken
1+ years of experience in customer support – advantage
Experience working with Freshdesk or Zendesk – advantage
