Job Description

Develop and sustain our powerful platform, taking ownership of features essential to Wix's strategic objectives

Lead to excellence in software quality, establishing team practices, processes, and standards

Guide teammates with technical leadership through mentorship, coaching, expertising and the promotion of growth areas within the team

Coordinate with various teams across Wix to plan, design, build, test, and uphold complex features pivotal to the Wix open platform ecosystem

Confront complex issues within challenging business processes and devise innovative solutions to overcome them

Shape the product - as developers crafting a product for developers, we're encouraged to voice our opinions

Qualifications

An experienced (5+ years) software engineer, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team

Experienced in leading major efforts, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality results within established timelines

Up to date with the latest frontend and infrastructure trends, and a willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, product managers, and other stakeholders

Ready to work with some of the best people out there on one of the most exciting and complex efforts at Wix
