Nayax is looking for a Product Analyst to join our Payment solution team. As a Payment Operations Analyst, you will troubleshoot payment issues while working on proactive improvements to the general payment acceptance. You will not only be reporting on payment issues, but also investigating to find their source and provide a solution to resolve them along with R&D, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support/Success.
The Product Analyst will be part of the PaymentOps team.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Create monitor tools and identify payment and transaction problems and patterns via available tools and automations;
Identify, escalate, evaluate, and document incidents and acceptance problems;
Generate new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures to enhance the acceptance of different payment methods;
Become familiar with the company’s Payment products, being POC of knowledge;
Take key part in creating PRDs and delivering new payment products and features;
Requirements:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
High analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, outside the box thinking and decision-making skills.
Knowledge and experience using SQL – must (will be tested)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Strong Excel capabilities (Pivot, Vlookup) – must (will be tested).
Great interpersonal skills and training abilities .
Fluent in English – must (written and verbal, will be tested).
Hebrew - Conversational level.
ADVANTAGES:
Experience in working with development teams and understanding complex technical business needs, as a business or system analyst – a great advantage
Prior experience in the payment industry or system analysis – a great advantage
Knowledge of data analysis modeling using R, and Python – advantage
Knowledge of machine learning and statistical tools – advantage
Prior experience in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, metrics, KPIs – advantage
Prior experience as a QA or Tier 3 support, preferably in a global company – advantage
Prior experience with Elasticsearch and/or Kibana - advantage
