Senior Analyst

Minute Media is a leading global tech-driven media company, developing all its technological needs in-house, end to end, in a rapid big-data environment. Minute Media’s proprietary platform serves as the company’s foundation, powering its content as well as enabling the evolution of other market-leading content brands. Minute Media owns and operates brands, including Sports Illustrated, The Players’ Tribune, 90min, DBLTAP, Mental Floss, The Big Lead, and FanSided (B2B/B2C).

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior Analyst to join our team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop insightful reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making and process improvements. Responsibilities:

Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize processes across internal teams
Develop detailed reports and dashboards showcasing key metrics and trends.
Drive the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis processes in order to improve analysis workflows.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless data integration and metric tracking.
Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
Create and maintain documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for the data dictionary (glossary)

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance reporting, ideally within digital media, publishing, or ad tech industries.
Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and experience working with large datasets to extract insights.
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Rivery, Apache Airflow, Talend, or similar)
Strong understanding of digital advertising and campaign performance metrics.
Experience collaborating across teams and presenting data insights to stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.
Agile and flexible way of working with the ability to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
