We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to be the primary IT owner for our Israel office.

This role combines day-to-day onsite support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and close collaboration with the global Corporate IT team.

You will own the full device lifecycle, identity & access workflows, office networking stability, and ensure high standards of security and IT hygiene.

Responsibilities

Endpoint & Device Lifecycle (macOS & Windows)

Full ownership of provisioning, enrollment, inventory, repairs/RMA, loaners, secure wipe & disposal
macOS management via Jamf (Jamf Pro preferred) – profiles, policies, patching, FileVault, deployment
Windows management via Intune – enrollment, compliance policies, app deployment, patching baselines

Zoom Rooms & AV

Zoom Rooms setup and daily operations
Troubleshooting audio/video issues, controllers, displays, scheduling reliability
Support for cameras, mics, speakers, HDMI, docking stations & drivers

Identity & Access

Okta administration: user lifecycle, MFA troubleshooting, SSO issues
Google Workspace administration (users, groups, permissions, login/email issues)
Atlassian basics (Jira & Confluence user management)
Clean, least-privilege access handling

Office Networking & Infrastructure

LAN/WiFi troubleshooting, switch ports, AP issues, DHCP/DNS symptoms
VPN client troubleshooting
Familiarity with Fortinet (FortiGate preferred) and VPN concepts (IPsec / SSL-VPN)

Security & IT Hygiene

Patch urgency, phishing awareness, credential safety
Strong incident discipline and endpoint security baseline management
Requirements

✔ 3+ years in Corporate IT / IT Support / SysAdmin (strong onsite ownership)

✔ Ability to act as primary IT owner for the Israel office

✔ Strong troubleshooting across endpoints, identity, networking, and AV

✔ Experience with Jamf (macOS) and Intune (Windows)

✔ Hands-on networking troubleshooting experience

✔ Good written and spoken English

✔ Service-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills

Nice to Have

➕ Certificate-based auth (SCEP, AD, LDAP, RADIUS)

➕ Basic scripting (Bash / PowerShell / Python)

➕ Familiarity with GCP / AWS / Azure IAM concepts

➕ Printer support, access control vendors, office buildouts
