What we are looking for:

We are looking for Global Tax Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure domestic and international tax forms are complete, accurate and filed on time income, sales, and payroll taxes.

Work with state, local, federal, and international tax authorities and/or tax advisors to resolve tax issues.

Manage Israel tax filings and communications.

Coordinate timely filings with outside tax preparer and maintain tax calendar and deadlines.

Assist with implementing global tax projects/planning initiatives as requested.

Coordinate with external advisors with any global and local country transfer pricing studies.

Ensure the timely billing of all transfer pricing transactions at local entities and monitor

intercompany balances for tax exposures.

Manage and review the Company’s quarterly and annual worldwide consolidated tax provision under ASC 740.

Maintain current knowledge regarding tax laws and changes and its impact to the Company.

What you will bring to the table:

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance required.

CPA and/or MS Taxation is preferred.

4+ years’ experience in public accounting, preparation of US tax returns and/or equivalent industry experience.

Strong knowledge of US Corporate and International tax laws; experience with Israel Tax Authority preferred.

Deep technical expertise in ASC 740 (US GAAP Accounting for Income Taxes) as it relates to multinational corporations.

Experience with Netsuite and Avalara a plus.

Fluent English required.

Experience in a Software-as-a-Service company is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills with high attention to details.

Able to stay flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
