Head of Investor Relations

Job Description:

• Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing investors, handle investor queries, liaise with the investment teams to ensure high quality and timely responses.
• Lead the preparation of annual investor meetings and other ad-hoc events such as LPACs, quarterly calls, webinars.
• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual investor reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, preferably within the private equity or venture capital industry.
• Strong understanding of private markets and appreciation for technology/software sector.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in particular in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
