Senior UX Designer

Description:

Join ActiveFence as our UX/UI Product Designer and directly impact the future of our customer-facing SaaS platform. Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll take on the pivotal responsibility of defining its visual identity and enhancing the user experience. We're looking for someone eager to tackle complex problems, transform abstract ideas into tangible designs, and innovate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who will- 

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to grasp project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
• Define user experience and design UI for new/existing products.
• Lead functional design, create wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conduct thorough product research and competitor analysis.
• Create and optimize software workflows for the best possible user experience.
• Execute full design cycle from inspiration to pixel-perfect UI.
• Stay up to date on UX/UI trends, best practices, and standards.

Requirements-

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design, in-house at a B2B product company with a portfolio showcasing your work. 
• Proven experience designing user experiences for AI-powered products.
• “AI first” mindset, working with AI based tools to increase productivity and quality of work. 
• Preferred - experience working on other security / cyber products 
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. 
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and ability to analyze and incorporate user feedback.
• Experienced in working closely with Development Teams
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Excellent English
• This position is a part time position.
