VIP Assistant

Join B2Tech as our new VIP Assistant and work closely with the VIP Manager & VIP Program Specialist to assist in launching and evaluating VIP campaigns for all B2C brands. Create a top-tier VIP program, collaborating with central and local teams to ensure an exceptional VIP experience across all platforms.

YOUR IMPACT:

Execute and maintain a centralized VIP program strategy, aligned with local market needs and regulations.
Coordinate and communicate with regional teams to ensure effective implementation of VIP programs.
Tailor VIP benefits and experiences for specific regions in partnership with local teams.
Assist in defining VIP criteria, designing rewards, and overseeing program effectiveness.
Handle daily operations, including setting up bonuses, creating terms and conditions, and writing call scripts and FAQs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams on targeted VIP campaigns and promotions.
Identify and onboard high-value players with dedicated promotions.
Develop strong relationships with VIPs, offering personalized service and exclusive offers.
Reactivate lapsed VIPs to retain their high value.
Implement special event promotions like sports events, casino tournaments, and VIP meetups.
Analyze program data to identify trends and optimize effectiveness.
Assist in implementing an online tracking system for VIP interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in VIP management.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of experience in a VIP Assistant or similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on business intelligence.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
Understanding of real money sports and online casino gaming dynamics.
Proven success in implementing VIP strategies.
