We are looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team at monday.com.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work across diverse areas of the law in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment. The successful candidate will support our local and global HR functions on employment matters,advise on a range of commercial legal issues, and manage corporate legal affairsof our international subsidiaries.

About The Role
Employment & HR Legal Support
Provide strategic legal advice and day-to-day support to the HR team on local and global employment matters, including hiring, performance management, benefits, terminations, internal policies, immigration, and diversity initiatives.
Monitor developments in employment law and recommend updates to internal policies and practices.
Commercial Legal Work
Advise on various legal matters, such as commercial contracts with HR vendors, including SaaS agreements, data privacy, etc.
Provide ongoing support to the different stakeholders in the company, both in Israel and worldwide on an as-needed basis.
Corporate Affairs
Support the corporate governance and maintenance of the company’s subsidiaries worldwide, including incorporations, annual filings, and coordination with local counsels
Your Experience & Skills
3-4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a high-tech company or a top-tier law firm.
Experience with employment law – a must.
Strong familiarity with commercial contracts and business negotiations — an advantage
Experience managing corporate governance of international entities — an advantage
Knowledge of privacy and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) — an advantage
Excellent legal and business judgment with the ability to assess risk and provide practical solutions.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
