And we are looking for a curious, talented and passionate Corporate Controller & Reporting Manager to join our Consolidation & Reporting Team to lead our quarterly and annual consolidation process under US GAAP and perform a range of other accounting and reporting tasks.

As a Cognyter you will:

Lead the annual and quarterly global consolidation process for a US listed company, including day to day management of consolidated books and journals in Oracle and reviewing international reporting packs
Manage relationships with regional controllers and coordinate the flow of information between accounting, tax, business finance and other areas of the business to ensure reporting deadlines are met
Take a leading role in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures for SEC reporting purposes, including communication with auditors.
Serve as a technical accounting expert on various corporate activities as well as coordinate with external auditors to ensure their concurrence with our accounting and reporting approaches.
Contribute towards additional corporate accounting tasks (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Business Combinations, Shared Based Compensation, Goodwill & Intangibles)

Requirements:

For that mission you’ll need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC guidelines, technical accounting, accounting policies and financial systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and operate in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment.
5+ years of experience in accounting, including internship at a Big 4 Public accounting firm.
2+ years of experience in a Controller or Reporting role for a Hi-Tech company (strong advantage)
Experience with Oracle & Hyperion (advantage)
Outstanding interpersonal skills, fast learner, independent worker
