What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a brilliant Business Analyst who is a quick learner and an independent, logical thinker for our Business Analytics team. The position combines deep business understanding with close collaboration with the Business, Operations, and Finance teams. Our Business Analytics team is the center of decision-making for Business (pricing, margin, new product launches), performance (COGs, shipping, returns), operations (forecasts & inventory) , using data, automation, and business insights to help us achieve our goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide valuable insights and action items to support business goals.
Extracting key insights for an optimal and efficient decision-making process.
Dive into new business models/products/markets

Requirements:

BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering / Accounting or similar
1-3 years of experience as a Business or Operations Analyst/Consulting company
Fast learner with high attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask on several projects at a time
Strong analytical skills and ability to deep dive into details
Driven by business goals, with a deep understanding of Business Analysis
Previous experience in an E-commerce/Retail company - a plus
Experienced with SQL (Big Query) and data visualization tools (Looker) - a plus
Experience from a top-tier consulting firm - a plus
Fluency in English, experience working with global and cross-functional teams
