Description:
Lusha is a unicorn with the mindset of an early-stage startup. We're expanding from a prospecting platform for sellers into the operating system for modern revenue teams—a platform that helps revenue teams build precise audiences, enrich data across their tech stack, act on buyer intent signals, and automate workflows that turn insights into pipeline.
AI is a critical enabler of this vision. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Lusha's Platform AI Solutions: our chat-based co-pilot, the sales agents that power it, and the capabilities we're embedding into customer workflow automations. You'll lead the full lifecycle from early exploration to broad adoption, working with exceptional R&D and Design teams to bring your vision to life.
What you'll do
- Plan, build, and execute the roadmap for Lusha's Platform AI Solutions
- Lead the co-pilot chat experience to become a genuinely useful sales assistant that helps users define ICPs, discover audiences, and take action
- Build agent capabilities that embed Lusha's intelligence into customer workflows, automations, and API-driven integrations
- Partner with engineering and data science to evaluate model performance, design human-in-the-loop patterns, and navigate capability/latency/cost tradeoffs
- Drive continuous discovery with users and design partners to validate value and iterate toward product-market fit
- Design for trust, transparency, and exceptional UX—ensuring users feel confident in AI-powered recommendations
- Measure adoption, usage, and business results from product launches
Requirements:
Someone who is:
- Customer-centric. Customer problems are at your core. You don't stop until the product genuinely solves their needs.
- AI-native. You're a daily user of AI tools—building prototypes with coding assistants and agentic IDEs, and passionate about applying this to accelerate product and development cycles.
- Independent & ownership-driven. You move fast from ideation to implementation, thrive in ambiguity, and don't wait for direction.
Someone who has:
- 3+ years as a PM on B2B SaaS products, with a track record of shipping products that move metrics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills—generating insights from qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions
- Passionate about building exceptional user experiences with a keen eye for details, UX, and design
- Daily user of AI tools, from coding assistants to Agentic IDEs with passion for applying this knowledge to integrate AI agents into workflows that solve real friction points
Bonus Points:
- You've led and owned AI (LLM or chat-based) or technical products. You can go deep with engineers on system architecture, data flows, and product tradeoffs
- Experience with sales tech, GTM platforms, or revenue operations products
- Familiarity with the GTM ecosystem—tooling, personas, use cases, and problems that modern revenue teams face
- Background in 0→1 product development—you've taken products from concept through validation to scale
