Senior Content Designer

We’re currently growing our UX team to shape new and better experiences across our products and services, both those that are currently available and ones that are being imagined.

Content design makes Elementor easier to use by making it easier to understand. As a Senior Content Designer, you will lead content design for a handful of our product teams, helping them to drive the vision for their content and build better user experiences. You will work cross functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, developers, product marketing, marketing and support operations, to deliver exceptional product flows, features, in-product language, product naming and more.

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in UX writing
A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
You can collaborate creatively with diverse stakeholders and teams, juggling and prioritizing projects of various scales

Bonus points:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with user experience research principles and practices and how to use data to provide informed user insights
Experience with Figma

Responsibilities:

Design, write, edit and test clear, compelling product language (onboarding, notifications, purchase flows, error messages, in-app upsells, and more) to help users and teams meet their goals
Collaborate with product designers, product marketers, product managers and engineers to create meaningful, human experiences
Create or contribute to high-fidelity design mocks using Figma
Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
Know your product area inside and out and show how your content recommendations fit with product goals
Find smart ways to use data and research to evaluate and improve content.
Create and help maintain writing guidelines that are in line with Elementor’s brand and voice
