We’re looking for a sharp BI Developer to join our Data group. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for providing analytical support across the organization to enable data-driven decision making and promote strategic planning. 

You will plan and design data models, work with large-scale datasets, create and maintain data flow within different applications and systems using advanced integration tools and be a focal point when it comes to Rapyd’s access to data. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create data infra, ETL processes, dashboards and reports to support ongoing analysis and monitoring of production performance.
• Work with various stakeholders including high management stakeholders in the organization to understand business needs, document and prioritize requirements, and help them effectively use data and analytical tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Work closely with the data analytics and data engineer teams to create or enhance complex models development
• Maintain existing visualization and reporting solutions, and make adjustments and extensions according to requirements
• Proactively identify gaps in data collection and define processes to complete
• Be involved in the entire data development process, including business knowledge, methodology, quality assurance, and maintenance

• At least 3 years experience working in a BI developer / Data engineer position in a data-rich environment
• At least 3 years advanced SQL skills with experience in querying large and complex datasets
• Experience with dimensional data modeling & schema design in Data Warehouses -A MUST
• Experience with ETL tools (DBT-Advantage)
• Experience with BI & visualization tools (Tableau, Looker etc )
• Good orientation in Google Cloud Platform environment 
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math’s, or other numerate/analytical degree equivalent or army unit equivalent
• Strong communication skills and excellent English is a must 
• Self sufficient attitude
