FP&A Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team.

In this role you will report to the Director of FP&A and be a key player in driving financial visibility and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis and other ad-hoc analyses, while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and resource allocation.

• Lead and support the preparation of annual budgets, ongoing re-forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual BvA processes and provide accurate, timely reports to stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making on strategic initiatives, pricing, resource allocation, and other business opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders, such as management reports, Board presentations, and investor updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams both within finance (Accounting, Bookkeeping, Procurement) and other departments (Business Operations, GTM, R&D, Data) in the organization
• Contribute to improving internal financial tools, processes, and reporting frameworks to increase scalability, accuracy, and visibility
• Support ad-hoc projects and analyses, including defining and improving internal processes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a tech company
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or other quantitative field from an acknowledged university; CPA - preferred, MBA - an advantage
• In-depth understanding of the flow of financial models, prior experience in working with company forecasts & budgets and deep understanding of SaaS metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets 
• Experience working with relevant software and systems, including ERP, Salesforce, and other BI tools - preferred
• Analytical with strong business acumen
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
