Fullstack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the AI21 Labs Platform team!

You will be designing and developing high quality, 100% AI-based products, taking them all the way from the ideation stage to production.

Your responsibilities will include helping build a team of highly talented and experienced developers, and working on cutting-edge technologies and aspiring projects in a fast-paced environment. In addition, inspire others to adopt software engineering best practices by identifying and implementing them. 

• Design and implement complex features and deploy them to various environments
• Be fully involved from the kick-off phase with product management, all the way to production
• Help with coaching and mentoring team members, and maintaining high standards of software quality within the team
• Build internal tools & platforms for solution engineers to engineer complex AI solutions for specific use-cases

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications
• Experience in Typescript and React
• Strong expertise with Python (preferably FastAPI)
• Experience with complex backend systems.
• Experience with building web applications from conception to production
• Familiarity with modern build pipelines, containerized development
• Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven applications - Advantage
• Knowledge of real-time systems (WebSockets, SSE) - Advantage
