abra professional services is seeking for an Technical Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the technological domain of our flagship projects in GPS and precision navigation systems.

This is a strategic, greenfield role, built from the ground up, serving as a critical link between customer requirements, product management, and development teams (Embedded, Desktop, and Web interfaces).

This role is ideal for a Development Team Lead looking to take the next step into a broader, cross-organizational technical leadership position—one that allows you to influence architecture, lead complex technological processes, and stay hands-on without coding 100% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Define system architecture and end-to-end technical solutions for navigation and guidance systems.
Matrix Management & Synchronization: Lead multiple development teams, track progress, ensure delivery timelines, and resolve technical bottlenecks.
Infrastructure & Standards: Establish development methodologies, tools, and quality standards across the organization.
Interface Management: Collaborate with Product Managers, System Engineering, and strategic customers to translate operational needs into technical specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of software development experience (preference for C++ / C or complex HW/SW integrated systems).
Previous experience as a Development Team Lead – mandatory.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead technical processes without direct authority.
Strong system-level thinking with the ability to deep-dive into technical details when required.
High-level English proficiency.
