We are looking for someone who will:

Be in charge sourcing for your profiles - Managing a variety of sources and actively sourcing.
Manage the full recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to onboarding new hires
Create an amazing candidate experience
Advise and partner closely with hiring managers
Be involved in People initiatives and processes as a part of our small yet mighty People team
Be an ambassador for our culture and play a major role in achieving the company’s growth goals!

Requirements:

What you bring to the table

Energetic, smiley people’s person with great communication skills in Hebrew and English - MUST
Extreme passion for hiring and for people - MUST
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter at a software company - MUST
Experience working with Comeet - a big advantage
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Experience with technical recruitments - a big advantage
