On your day to day

In this role, you'll lead a strong development team, balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership. You'll drive high-performance, maintainable web applications while defining architecture, scalability, and feature strategies. Beyond development, you'll oversee sprints, ensure code quality, and collaborate across teams to align business needs with engineering goals. We’re looking for a problem solver with a startup mindset—someone who thrives in challenges, manages priorities effectively, and leads by example.

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• Strong full-stack expertise: DB modeling, backend architecture, API planning, client-side data flow, and UX implementation.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable web solutions end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js with MongoDB.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance trade-offs, and drive innovative solutions.
• A natural leader—hands-on, mentoring-oriented, and skilled at building efficient teams.
• Strong communicator, able to collaborate across teams and align business and technical goals.
