This role is NOT traditional sales development. We're looking for a rare marketing strategist who uses AI to turn inbound interest into revenue through deeply personalized, multi-touch nurture campaigns.
If you're the type who looks at other companies' email cadences and immediately sees 10 ways to 10x their performance, this role is for you.
Who You Are
You're a marketer who combines three superpowers most people don't have together:
- Deep user empathy – You instinctively understand what motivates different personas and can craft messaging that resonates with their specific pain points
- AI mastery – You use AI tools daily to personalize at scale, analyze patterns, and automate the repetitive work
- Conversion psychology – You know exactly why someone opens email #3 but not #2, and how to move them from "interested" to "booked"
Your Background:
- B2B SaaS Cadence Track Record: You've built and run conversion-focused nurture campaigns for a SaaS product before, and you have the results to prove it (conversion rates, revenue generated, etc.)
- Exceptional Writing: You can craft emails and messages that sound human, not robotic, and drive action
- AI-Native Mindset: You're curious, technical, and always experimenting with new AI-powered tools and workflows
- Data-Driven Iteration: You don't guess—you test, measure, and optimize based on what the data tells you
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous SDR/BDR experience (you understand sales psychology and the art of the follow-up)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI-powered outreach and enrichment platforms
- Background in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
What You'll Do
Your mission is to convert high-intent inbound leads from multiple sources (webinar attendees, trial users, demo requests, content downloaders) into paying customers through AI-powered, personalized nurture campaigns.
Requirements:- Design and Execute Multi-Channel Nurture Cadences: Build conversion-focused sequences across email and LinkedIn that move leads from interest to demo to revenue, tailored by lead source, behavior, and firmographics
- Leverage AI for Personalization at Scale: Use AI tools to create deeply personalized messaging for hundreds of leads while maintaining the quality and relevance of 1:1 outreach
- Own the Inbound Lead Conversion Strategy: Take full ownership of converting various inbound lead types into demos and revenue, continuously optimizing the journey based on performance data
- Write High-Converting Content: Craft email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups that get responses—you'll constantly A/B test subject lines, CTAs, timing, value props, and message length
- Experiment with AI Tools and Workflows: Stay ahead of the curve by testing new AI platforms and techniques, then implement what works to give our growth team a competitive advantage
- Analyze and Report on Conversion Patterns: Identify which lead sources convert best and why, surface objection patterns and drop-off points, and share insights to help refine our broader acquisition strategy
- Close the Feedback Loop with Marketing: Serve as the voice of the lead—report on message resonance, pain points, and what's actually driving conversions to improve top-of-funnel content and campaigns
