On your day to day: 

As a Senior Growth PM, you’ll help Riverside grow with its users by connecting our core value to their evolving needs. You'll define a long-term growth vision and break it down into rapid, hypothesis-driven experiments - testing, learning, and iterating quickly. You’ll identify and solve key friction points across the user journey, partnering with engineers and designers as equals to drive measurable impact.

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• 5+ years experience as a growth Product Manager/Lead at a high-tech or SaaS software company
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines, and to influence effectively
• Proven ability in data analysis, execution, and responsibility for complex development processes
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership of projects
• Strong organizational and analytical skills & attention to details
