Product Manager

Description:

Our Product Manager holds an impactful role setting Bagira’s footprint in the simulator worldwide market. Defining and developing products, while aiming to maximize sales and profitability throughout the life of the product (including the period of O&M). 

• Research and identify evidence-based learning techniques to improve information retention and engagement.
• Develop a strategy for integrating these techniques into the app, considering user research and behavioral patterns.
• Conceptualize and design engaging app features based on the selected learning techniques.
• Work closely with design, development, and engineering teams to ensure features are user-friendly and effective.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, or visual aids to communicate feature concepts.
• Plan and execute user experience testing for the new features.
• Use methods such as pre- and post-lesson assessments, app analytics, or user surveys to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to iterate on and refine the features.
• Define and track key metrics, such as: Retention Rates, engagement Levels, performance improvement
• Report findings and recommend adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or a similar domain.
• Strong understanding of learning methodologies, user-centered design, and behavioral science.
• Demonstrated success in feature development from ideation to launch.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to define metrics and interpret data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and plans to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Background in simulation systems – advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and full proficiency in English
