Bagira is looking for a Junior Project manager to join our programs team at Bagira.

The Junior Project Manager is Responsible for the end to end project management through all its’ phases; from learning the customer’s requirements & needs and acquiring a comprehensive familiarity of the product and project. Define the project framework, strategy, milestones, project plan, critical path, risk assessment and implementation plan together with all relevant parties and stakeholders to ensure a successful delivery in accordance with quality standards, timelines, and budget. 

What will your job look like-

• Overall project plan and Gantt management.
• Lead and facilitate the project monitoring tools.
• Project profit and ECP's.
• Support Project Managers
• Support the business unit routine and tasks
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation plan
• Prioritization of the program work plans, schedules, milestones, and tasks
• Ensure high quality in the project management and all relevant aspects
• Work in close collaboration with the project technical managers, product managers and HQ functions.
• Manage subcontractors/suppliers – Contracts, budgets, schedules, and performance with the support of the technical manager.
• Responsible for the project Mission Readiness (ensure high performance to exceed customer’s expectations).
• Support the programs business unit in achieving its goals
• Overseeing and taking active part of project purchasing, planning, and buying processes, including vendor coordination, shipping logistics, and on-time delivery.

• Up to 2 years of proven experience in project management
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields )Business Administration, Industrial Engineering)
• High level of English – spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Availability and willingness for travel (approximately 40% of the role) is expected.
• Experience working in defense industry - advantage
