Bagira is looking for a Technical SW Product Manager to join our engineering team at Bagira.

You will lead the development of our products, shaping the company’s new innovative cutting-edge simulation products.

As Technical SW Product Manager, you will get the requirements from the Project, and you’ll lead the development cycle in-house. Starting from the solution design, backlog items detailing, planning phase, through the development and testing process to the successful deployment of the software product.

You will be working closely with the development teams, project management and with our customers to ensure the successful launch and assimilation of our products.

What will your job look like

• End-to-end responsibility for the development cycle of the product
• Lead the software architecture solution in front of the software teams
• Technical Analyze of the requirements and breaking it into backlog items
• Plan the entire work plan together with the Taskforce team members (SW developers, integrators, QA testers and content)
• Daily Manage the Taskforce team members’ work
• Be the central focal point for all parties: SW, IT, QA and Project

• 5 years of experience in SW Development / Technical SW managing
• B.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering, or 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development
• Excellent human relations and communication skills
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
• Experience as Product Owner/Product Manager in the software industry
• Proven matrix managerial experience
• Proactive, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic and goal-oriented approach
• Agile experience - advantage
