Recruiter and HR Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter and HR Specialist to join our company. This role is critical in managing mass recruitment processes and providing HR support to field employees.

• Lead high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical and operational roles.
• Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and career events tailored to the defense sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with organizational needs.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry security protocols and company policies. 
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Lead all HR processes in the business unit.
• Oversee onboarding, training coordination, and compliance with industry-specific regulations.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and defense industry HR standards.
• Lead employee experience initiatives.

• BA in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline. 
• 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR.
• Hands-on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, sourcing, reference checks and etc.) 
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Lead all HR processes in the business unit.
• Experience with social networks such as LinkedIn & Facebook.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.  
• High level of energy, motivation, initiative, independent and proactive. 
• High communication and interpersonal skills.
