Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems where teams and metadata agents plan, change, and govern systems with speed and confidence.
What will you do at Sweep?
As an Account Executive, you'll be on the frontlines of this revolution — and the second sales hire helping to build and scale Sweep’s presence across EMEA. You’ll play a critical role in establishing our footprint, shaping our early customer base, and executing alongside EMEA leadership to define how Sweep goes to market in the region.
Take meaningful ownership: Operate with significant autonomy and high visibility across leadership as an early commercial hire in EMEA, driving execution and results in close partnership with the VP of Sales.
Run the full cycle: Own deals end-to-end — from first meeting through demo, negotiation, and close — delivering a seamless customer experience across geographies.
Generate strategic pipeline: Partner closely with SDR and Marketing while leveraging your relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem (customers, partners, AEs, consultants, operators) to create pipeline and accelerate deals.
Influence GTM strategy: Provide direct feedback to leadership on messaging, segmentation, and regional nuances to help refine and scale our go-to-market motion.
Represent Sweep externally: Travel across Europe 8–12 times per year for customer meetings and conferences, expanding your network and strengthening our presence in the ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience selling in the Salesforce ecosystem. With over 150,000+ Salesforce customers, you recognize the scale of opportunity and understand the key personas, their challenges, and how to engage them effectively.
A strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem and a track record of leveraging those relationships to create pipeline and close deals.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment where you take initiative, adapt quickly, and step into significant ownership early.

Sweep offers a competitive compensation package, including salary and equity components, with potential for variable incentives. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
