What you’ll do:

• Lead the development of core systems enabling clients to seamlessly publish highlights across social platforms and content delivery networks.
• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-based solutions for digital asset management and publishing.
• Drive the evolution of our core technologies and execute new strategic initiatives aligned with company goalsץ
• Own integrations with major social media platforms, CDNs, and asset management systemsץ
• Mentor and support your team’s technical growth and career development.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to define and deliver on the technical roadmap.

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience leading software development teams.
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems in the cloud, leveraging microservices, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, and related technologies.
• Deep understanding of system architecture and API design.
• A bias for action - you move fast from idea to execution and thrive in dynamic environments.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science from a top-tier university.

Bonus points:

• Full-stack experience with C# and React.
• Experience in the sports tech or digital media industry.
