Team8-Business Operations Manager

Team8 is hiring an exceptional Business Operations Manager in Tel-Aviv. 

In this role, you will support the team’s core activities, spanning from company ideation and validation processes to business development and investor relations. As such, you will work closely with the team and support them in the execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships, perform business analysis and research of different activities and opportunities, and help the team with managing day-to-day work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support day-to-day operations for Team8's Fintech foundry.
• Take an active role in monitoring execution along every step of the company-building and growth process, making sure KPIs are met.
• Build and execute new processes to ensure efficient workflow
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to maximize performance: management, founders, and Team8 Platform
• Hands on support of fundraising, fund governance, and investor relations
• Build a data management and business intelligence layer, manage team tasks smartly and synthesize findings for a “state of the business” picture and for “go-forward plans”
• Lead identification of metrics to improve business performance and drive business actions. Oversee budget, yearly planning, and reporting
• Actively initiate new projects to meet long-term goals
• Be a strategic partner for leadership to drive business development opportunities and support data-driven decision-making

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations/consulting/venture capital/business analysis roles. 
• Strong business development, consulting, product, or operational capabilities with a background in the Fintech field - an advantage  
• Analytical, tech-savvy, and works well with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting tools 
• Excellent English (spoken and written), feel comfortable writing docs and presentations in English.
• Comfortable jumping from one topic to another, able to go wide or deep depending on the task
• Team player with a collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented, numbers person, and inquisitive
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
