Description:

Team8, the world’s leading company-building platform, is hiring a controller to join its finance team.

We are seeking an intelligent and hard-working individual, who is a team player, process-driven and detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Preparation of statutory financial statements and tax return reports.
• Working closely with the global Bookkeeping team.
• Supervise the intercompany billing process.
• Overseeing budget monitoring process.
• Assist with analysis as necessary for managerial reporting and forecasting.
• Undertaking of ad-hoc financial tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Drive all aspects of the financial reporting process (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure unflinching accuracy throughout
• Manage US and Israeli tax filing processes
• Maintain and implement all relevant accounting standards
• Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
• Manage external audit relationship and annual audit process
• Lead finance operation day to day tasks at the management company

• C.P.A.
• Experienced in an audit of global Hi-Tech companies/ high-growth start-up environment/ VC- Mandatory.
• Two years minimum experience as a controller or assistance controller.
• High proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (NetSuite– Advantage).
• Leading projects capabilities and analytical abilities.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills, especially when it comes to explaining financial information to diverse constituencies
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
• Overall track record of professional and academic success
