About the Role

We're seeking a senior frontend engineer who's hungry for impact and embodies extreme ownership. You'll craft the user-facing experiences that enable enterprises to build AI-powered applications at unprecedented speed. You'll turn complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, delightful experiences that feel magical, not mechanical.

In This Role You'll

• Design and develop advanced interfaces, including intuitive agentic chat experiences that power core product workflows
• Build complex, data-rich experiences for experimentation, observability, and agent analytics
• Translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into clear, fast, and elegant product experiences
• Collaborate closely with product and design from early wireframes through production deployment
• Work hand-in-hand with AI researchers and backend engineers to bring new capabilities to life
• Help shape the UX standards for how modern AI systems are tested, monitored, and improved

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with participation in large-scale projects that real users depend on
• Advanced React and TypeScript skills - you know these tools inside out and use them to build production-ready experiences
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture  frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies in the frontend ecosystem
• Proven experience in architecture of design systems and reusable components
• Track record of taking ownership and shipping production features end-to-end with strong sense of responsibility
• "Can-do" approach - you've solved hard problems and know how to figure things out
