The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and executives from successful direct-to-consumer, SaaS, and public companies (ex-Harvard, Facebook, BCG, EY, MOD, private equity, and even an Olympic athlete).

As a Product Manager for Connectivity & Data Quality at Panax, you’ll own a core layer of our platform - the infrastructure powering features like cash visibility, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll ensure reliable, accurate, and up-to-date financial data across banks and payment platforms by working closely with engineers to strengthen integrations and data flows, and with designers to shape customer-facing experiences around data reliability. This is a hands-on role where you’ll dive into data, debug issues, and collaborate across teams to keep our data foundation robust and scalable. The role reports to the VP of Product (NYC) and works closely with the Tel Aviv-based engineering and design teams.

What you will do:

• Own the connectivity and data quality domain - define the roadmap, KPIs, and priorities to improve data reliability, customer trust, coverage, and accuracy.
• Work closely with engineers to investigate and resolve data issues, improve integrations, and enhance system stability.
• Partner with designers to define simple, transparent user experiences around data syncs, errors, and quality indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Ops, Sales, other PMs) to understand impact, prioritize effectively, and communicate progress.
• Define and track metrics for data freshness, accuracy, and reliability, driving both immediate fixes and long-term improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management - ideally owning technical or data-heavy areas.
• Strong technical orientation - comfortable working with APIs, logs, and data pipelines to understand and resolve issues; a technical or engineering degree is a plus.
• Analytical and structured thinker who can connect infrastructure details to customer and business impact.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Hands-on and proactive - you’re comfortable diving deep into data and driving clarity in complex situations.
• Experience working with designers to define product experiences, even for infrastructure-heavy areas.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or with financial integrations (e.g., banking APIs, Workato, Codat, SaltEdge) is an advantage.
