Our mission is to help companies transform complex cash management into a strategic opportunity — enabling finance teams to control, optimize, and elevate financial performance across borders. We're building a next-generation cash flow management platform that empowers finance teams with the clarity and tools they need to lead with confidence.
The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and executives from successful direct-to-consumer, SaaS, and public companies (ex-Harvard, Facebook, BCG, EY, MOD, private equity, and even an Olympic athlete).
As the Business Development Lead, you’ll join our growing GTM team as a highly driven and strategic leader. In this role, you will take full ownership of building and scaling the lead generation and qualification function from the ground up. You’ll develop scalable outbound and inbound playbooks, drive pipeline growth, and build a high-performing team of SDRs and BDRs. Working closely with marketing, sales, and company leadership, you’ll align on target customers, messaging, KPIs, and overall GTM strategy. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
What you will do:
- Own the top of the funnel - generate, qualify, and nurture outbound and inbound leads
- Develop and optimize outbound strategies and messaging across all channels
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for our Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with company leadership, marketing and sales to align on ICP, messaging, and funnel KPIs
- Track performance and continuously improve based on data and feedback
- Hire and lead a team of SDRs/BDRs as the company grows
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or inside sales roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to deliver qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building or scaling outbound sales processes
- Good understanding of revenue operation processes and CRM systems
- Self-starter mindset - comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Team leadership experience is a plus
- Experience selling to finance or working in the fintech space is a big advantage
