In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and development of our platform with AI/ML as a core architectural layer.
• Build scalable systems leveraging machine learning, NLP, and large language models.
• Develop end-to-end features combining full-stack engineering with AI-powered components.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to transform complex problems into elegant, data-driven solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices for rapid experimentation, continuous delivery, and responsible AI use in regulated domains.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with modern tech stacks.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready applications.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (startups or small teams preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A builder’s mindset with passion for creating products customers love.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
