About us

We're a Team8-backed, AI-native offensive security company for defensive needs. We're ~22 people (depending on the day you read this), early, fast, and building something truly jaw-dropping.

The role

This is the operational spine of the company. You'll be our first point of contact for anything legal, own and improve how we run things, and keep our financial operations moving. You won't do all of that alone from a standing start: we have excellent external counsel and financial advisors, and your job is to be the sharp internal operator who works them well, creates clarity, brings decisions to a close, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

The breadth is real. Some days lean legal, some lean people, some lean finance. If switching between a vendor contract, an onboarding, a happy hour, and an invoice cycle in one afternoon sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.

What you'll own

Legal Ops

•     Be the internal point of contact for all legal matters, from commercial contracts to corporate housekeeping.

•     Manage our commercial agreements end to end, hand in hand with our external counsel: intake, review, redlines, and getting to signature.

•     Keep our corporate and compliance records clean and current.

•     Know which questions you can answer, which go to counsel, and how to get a fast, good answer either way.

People and HR

•     Run onboarding and offboarding so new hires feel taken care of from day one and equipment, access, and paperwork just work.

•     Own the day-to-day of HR: policies, leave, employee lifecycle, and being the person people come to.

•     Lead the things that make this a place people love and grow in: events, gifts, wellbeing. Cultivating our unique individual stars into a harmonious growing culture, something beyond accidental, something truly great.

Finance and operations

•     Coordinate our financial operations: invoicing, vendor payments, expense flows, credit card management, working alongside our external financial advisors.

•     Manage vendors, procurement, travel, and the office so the company runs without friction.

•     Build the internal workflows and systems that let all of the above scale past you as we grow.

Who you are

•     You get things moving on your own, and you're honest about the edges of what you should decide alone. When the work touches contracts and money, knowing when to pause and ask is a strength.

•     You close loops. Things you own get finished, and people never have to chase you for status.

•     You catch the thing nobody assigned. You see the gap and step into it before it becomes a problem.

•     You're the person people are relieved to hand a mess to. Calm, organized, and genuinely good to work with, especially when it's busy.

•     You want ownership, not just tasks, and you want to grow into far more than the role you're hired into.

Must-haves

•     2–4 years in legal ops, practicing law, business ops, or a comparable role at a startup or tech company.

•     Fluent, precise written and spoken English and Hebrew.

•     A real track record of owning things end to end without being managed to the finish line.

•     Exceptional organization and attention to detail. The small errors that others miss, you catch.

•     You're genuinely fluent with AI and at home in an agentic environment, and you use it critically, not blindly.

Nice to have

•     LL.B. or legal background. This role leans legal, and a lawyer who wants to do business rather than practice law can thrive in it.

•     Direct experience with commercial contracts and legal documentation.

•     Organising fun events and activities. A banger high school party counts.

•     You've worked closely with founders or senior executives before.
