Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our finance team in a temporary bookkeeping position. This role is ideal for students studying Bookkeeping, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics, who are looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly closing activities and audit preparations
- Perform credit card reconciliations
- Process vendor invoices
- Manage the travel and expense reimbursement process
Requirements:
- Availability for a temporary position of 4 months
- Preference for students in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Ability to work from the office twice a week
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel
