Senior Product Designer, Business Technology

Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the product team as its sole designer. Development is already underway, with significant parts of the product still to be discovered and shaped. 

You will own the end-to-end UX and UI of the product, working closely with Product, Engineering, business stakeholders, and users to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, uncover requirements, and turn emerging understanding into exceptional product experiences. We need a hands-on product thinker who combines strong UX judgment with excellent visual craft—creating a product that delivers real value, feels effortless to use, and brings thoughtful moments of delight through carefully considered details.

What You Will Lead 

• Own the end-to-end UX and UI design of this innovative platform product. 
• Partner with Product Management to define problems, uncover requirements, explore solutions, and shape the product as understanding evolves. 
• Translate user and business needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs. 
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to clarify needs, test assumptions, and validate decisions. 
• Use prototypes and rapid iteration to explore alternatives and make progress before the full picture is defined. 
• Design clear, intuitive experiences for complex workflows, dashboards, forms, structured information, and administrative tools. 
• Set a high bar for usability, visual quality, and attention to detail—from core workflows to micro-interactions, empty states, loading experiences, and error handling. 
• Create and maintain the design system, components, and interaction patterns. 
• Collaborate closely with engineers throughout development and review the implemented experience. 
• Use research, analytics, and user feedback to improve the product. 
• Present design decisions and build alignment across product, technical, and business stakeholders. 
• Establish effective design practices and standards within the innovative platform team. 

What You Bring 

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience designing digital products, preferably complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or data-rich products. 
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem-solving, and high-quality UI design. 
• Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, prototyping, and usability. 
• Excellent visual-design skills and meticulous attention to detail, with evidence of intuitive experiences, polished interfaces, and thoughtful interaction design. 
• Experience taking products or major features from discovery through launch and iteration. 
• Experience shaping products in ambiguous environments, helping uncover requirements and turn incomplete information into clear, testable design directions. 
• Ability to simplify complex workflows while respecting business and technical requirements. 
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries. 
• Advanced proficiency with Figma. 
• Practical experience using current AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate prototyping, and improve iteration, paired with strong judgment about the quality of their output. 
• Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in an agile environment. 
• Experience conducting and applying user research and usability testing. 
• Ability to work independently, establish design processes, and operate effectively as the sole designer. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. 
• Professional working proficiency in English. 

Preferred Experience 

• Experience designing multi-country or multilingual products. 
• Experience with dashboards, administration interfaces, content-management tools, or workflow-based systems. 
• Familiarity with role-based permissions and experiences that vary by user type or market. 
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive-design practices. 
• Experience with healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries is an advantage but not required.
