Requirements:

LLB degree.

Israeli license to practice law

Independent, fast learner and thorough

Team player

High level drafting and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)

Strong work ethic

Fluent English

Responsibilities:

As part of your role as a commercial lawyer in our Legal Department you will:

Support both our local and international sales, provide practical, timely and high-quality legal advice with regards to customer facing agreements as well as other contracts from former job description.
Negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts (including but not limited to sales agreements, procurement contracts, purchasing and licensing agreements, etc).
Review and analyze agreements with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and explain non-standard terms and associated risks to our internal stakeholders.
