Key Responsibilities
Serve as a connector between Sales, Marketing Operations, MIS, and other HQ teams, driving alignment on business needs and ensuring successful delivery of cross-functional system enhancements and initiatives.
Lead the planning and execution of internal systems and tools projects that support sales, marketing, and customer success teams, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
Monitor the adoption and utilization of internal systems and processes, define user assignment policies, and ensure alignment with operational best practices.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements, tools integrations, and new functionalities that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Regularly engage with sales and marketing stakeholders to gather feedback to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Define adoption metrics for tools and system enhancements, establish best practices, and ensure successful implementation.
Manage a portfolio of system improvement and sales tools projects, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement to maximize business impact.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in sales/sales support or a related role with business insights and operational knowledge.
Proven experience in cross-functional project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with various Sales and Marketing applications, such as Marketo, 6Sense, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc. (Advantage).
Experience working with JIRA and SAP (Advantage).
Experience working with Salesforce (Must).
