Sapiens is on the lookout for an Operations PMO to become a key player in our Holon team. If you're a seasoned PMO and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Holon, Israel (Hybrid).

Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.

What you’ll do:

Lead global operations projects while syncing multiple initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations and Procurement teams to align projects with the strategic roadmap.
Oversee budget control and track project timelines, milestones, and work plans.
Flag potential showstoppers and maintain alignment with short- and long-term goals.
Play a key role in major global IT and infrastructure projects (e.g., M&A migration, cloud).
Establish efficient workflows with global division leaders (CISO, Procurement, IT).
Own project delivery with KPIs and strategic targets, conducting regular reviews with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and ensure SLAs are met.
Guide teams through project lifecycle phases: design, planning, and execution.

What to Have for this position:

Must have Skills:

B.Sc. degree in Information Systems/ Industrial Engineering / Economics (or equivalent).
3+ years in PMO planning and control activities.
Experience in budget management (project costs, resource planning, and gap tracking).
Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and directly with senior managers.
Strong analytical and high-level Excel skills.
Excellent presentation skills – Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
Excellent English.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to win trust and influence stakeholders.
Independent and proactive thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.

Good to have Skills:

PMP or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
Background in software/global companies.
Proficient in using project management tools (e.g. MS Project and Jira).
