We are seeking a *Talent Acquisition Specialist *to join our dynamic team

* Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process and hire top-notch candidates.
* Proactive sourcing through research (such as LinkedIn, social networks, and similar platforms).
* Managing and building an active candidate pipeline.
* Thorough screening and initial review of resumes (CVs).
* Conducting HR interviews.
* Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics.
* Support HR projects defined by the department.
* *Requirements*
* Relevant academic degree.
* At least 2 years of recruitment experience, including in-person interviews.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* High efficiency, goal orientation, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive approach and spirit.
* High energy and collaborative team player.
* Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
