We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us craft intuitive, data-informed, and user-centered experiences in the fast-paced world of fintech. You’ll be instrumental in transforming insights into exceptional product design—leveraging data, AI, and research to guide every decision.

What You'll Do

• Lead product design from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, research, and engineering
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions
• Use data (e.g., Mixpanel, product analytics, A/B testing) to inform design decisions and measure impact
• Incorporate AI tools and methodologies to streamline the design process and enhance outcomes
• Design clear, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces, flows, and interactions based on user needs and business context
• Ensure consistency and coherence across the product ecosystem by adhering to design principles and maintaining quality
• Effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and prototypes to stakeholders
• Stay current on industry trends, UX patterns, and best practices in fintech and B2C platforms

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2C and/or fintech environments
• Deep experience in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking
• Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing and translate findings into actionable design
• Expert-level Figma practitioner—you work quickly, collaboratively, and precisely with components, prototypes, and systems
• Demonstrated skill in working with data and analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
• Strong visual design sensibility with attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend ideas clearly across disciplines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment where experimentation is encouraged
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, researchers, etc.) to define product requirements and shape effective design solutions
• Team player mindset—comfortable collaborating closely with others and contributing to a supportive design culture

Bonus Points

• Experience working on financial products (e.g., trading, investing, crypto)
• Strong understanding of regulatory and UX challenges in the fintech space
• Experience designing for high-scale B2C platforms with diverse global users
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or FullStory
• Background in using AI tools for content generation, prototyping, or process automation
