We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a KYC administrator to join our team!

As KYC ADMIN, you'll be part of the verification department, which is responsible for the onboarding and maintenance of clients' accounts.

Job responsibilities:

• Initial due diligence on clients’ accounts 
• Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation for clients around the globe 
• Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks
• Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Assisting the Risk and AML departments with review and monitoring of accounts
• Maintaining accurate records of tasks
• Perform client screening through software such as World-Check and resolve or investigate any potential hits. 
• 
  
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and targets.

• Computer proficiency is a must.        
• Monday - Friday / Sunday -Thursday full-time (9 hours) Hybrid
• Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Hebrew Mandatory and English at mother-tongue level/ High proficiency- Must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• An open mind and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented and focused
• Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
