Experience Group is responsible for the users acquisition and retention experience. This includes the end-to-end onboarding journey: registration, affiliation and referral tracking, funnel personalization, and then engaging the users to become active platform users via tailored homepage, social feeds, markets, portfolios, and popular investors discovery, proactive targeted communication, and much more…

We are working with the most cutting-edge technologies, building new and exciting microservices-based distributed cloud systems. We are seeking for a strong architect to join the group. We value independent, curious, and sharp people with knowledge in cloud, software engineering, high-scale architecture, and most of all, we are looking for awesome people to work with.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define and drive the group’s tech vision, roadmap, and innovation strategy
• Set technical guidelines and promote R&D best practices
• Lead AI/ML integration across SDLC—LLMs, personalization, experimentation, and recommender systems
• Mentor teams and drive major technical initiatives
• Serve as primary technical escalation point
• Hands-on with POCs, tech research, code reviews, and production health
• Partner with CTO and stakeholders on key decisions
• Foster a culture of innovation through knowledge sharing and open source
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into product roadmap

• 7+ years in software engineering or tech leadership
• 2+ years designing high-scale, zero-downtime cloud services (Azure preferred)
• Proven problem solver with mentoring skills and a ‘can-do’ mindset
• Expert in building 24/7 mission-critical cloud systems
• Strong in software craftsmanship (SOLID, Clean Code, TDD, observability, chaos engineering)
• Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on architecture for mobile/web apps (React, Angular, React Native) and backend APIs
• Expert in C#/.NET Core, REST/gRPC, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and in-memory stores (Redis, Hazelcast)
• Experience with distributed data and ML pipelines (Spark, Databricks) and deploying ML to production
• Built and maintained AI-driven features in production
• Angular client-side development experience
