Software Engineering Team Lead

Managing and mentoring a team of full stack engineers. Effective management of team goals and objectives, accurate work estimations and frequent deliveries within agreed deadlines

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET, Angular , NestJS, and modern web technologies.
• Optimize databases (MS SQL/NoSQL) and implement cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, with a focus on automation and efficient deployments.
• Write clean, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Lead and mentor the development team, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Facilitate Agile processes (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups) and deliver projects on time.
• Drive critical architectural and design decisions while promoting continuous improvement within the team.

What We’re Looking For?

• 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development with expertise in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, and Web API/REST.
• 4+ years of experience working with MS SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, including expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure; experience with AWS is a plus.
• Advanced understanding of Iterative Development methodologies.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in stakeholder management.

Nice-to-Have

• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycles in both backend and frontend systems.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and implement scalable, cloud-based solutions.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
