Program Manager - CTO Office (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Description:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Program Manager to join the CTO Office and drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives across our R&D organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with the CTO and R&D leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans, drive alignment across Engineering, Platform, DevOps, and Product teams, and ensure critical initiatives are delivered successfully. You will play a key role in improving visibility, communication, and operational excellence across the organization while helping scale our engineering operations.

*This position is a temporary replacement for Maternity leave.

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic R&D programs, translating leadership vision into clear roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across Engineering, Product, Platform, DevOps, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies, risks, and execution blockers across multiple technical initiatives.
• Partner closely with the CTO and senior engineering leadership, providing visibility into program progress, key metrics, risks, and strategic insights to support decision-making.
• Improve operational excellence by enforcing and managing our scalable program management processes, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and governance across R&D.
• Optimize resource planning and prioritization across strategic initiatives while balancing long-term objectives with day-to-day execution.
• Own internal R&D communication initiatives, including the R&D Newsletter, to increase visibility, knowledge sharing, and engagement across the engineering organization.

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or similar cross-functional leadership roles within a technology organization.
• High familiarity with software development lifecycle, tools, and ecosystem.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior technical leadership and executives.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, prioritization, and execution in fast-paced engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to turn strategy into execution independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience building reporting frameworks, KPIs, or operational processes – an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
