• Lead significant development projects end-to-end, driving them from conception to on-time delivery within a collaborative small team.
• Act as a key technical resource, providing insightful code reviews and mentorship to fellow developers.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering and team members on operational processes, daily syncs, and strategic decision-making for the 'feeds' system.
• Serve as a full stakeholder for the team's deliverables, contributing to complex problem-solving and positively impacting team workflows.
• Contribute to improving team quality and engineering practices through active participation in code and design reviews.
• Seamlessly integrate into the team, actively participating in all daily operations and decision-making processes.

• You are a true Technical Solver at heart, energized by diagnosing complex issues, preventing system failures, and ensuring the robust performance of mission-critical systems.
• Possess strong full-stack development capabilities across Kotlin, Node.js, JavaScript, and Ruby.
