Marketing Data Team Leader

Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Team leader to join our team of marketing analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analysis, combined with leadership experience.

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of marketing analysts
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to support marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams 
• Define KPIs and optimize marketing campaigns
• Drive insights and recommendations to enhance marketing performance

• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics
• Knowledge of the entire marketing ecosystem, paid and organic
• Familiarity with measurement methodologies and frameworks used to evaluate marketing effectiveness
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools and software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
