R&D Program Manager

Description:

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic value and deliver measurable results across the organization. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a portfolio of related projects aligned to business goals. You will ensure that dependencies, risks, resources, and communications are well managed to enable consistent and successful outcomes.

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of programs across multiple teams or departments.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, roadmaps, and measurable goals.
• Align stakeholders and teams around program vision, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed program documentation, reports, and updates for leadership.
• Ensure that resources are effectively allocated and budgets are adhered to.
• Facilitate effective communication, governance, and decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across program workstreams.

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello).
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.

Nice to have:

• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with business analysis, budgeting, and change management.
